Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead our retail operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of store management, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. The pay for this role is negotiable and based on experience. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments. Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a motivated and high-performing team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, merchandising, and inventory control to maximize sales opportunities. Supervise cashiering functions, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, and pricing adjustments to ensure seamless transactions. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a welcoming environment. Oversee purchasing decisions and vendor relations to ensure optimal product availability and cost efficiency. Enforce store policies related to safety, security, and compliance while managing shift schedules effectively. Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and management; employ organizational skills for efficient store operations. Requirements Proven experience with management , including supervising teams and managing retail sales operations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases and staff. Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management tools, merchandising practices, and retail math fundamentals. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Exceptional organizational skills coupled with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Effective managerial communication skills to clearly convey expectations and provide constructive feedback. Previous manager or supervisory experience in retail stores is preferred; familiarity with retail industry sales team management is a plus.
