Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. The Store Manager will work closely with the Store Owner to ensure the smooth operation of the store. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.Duties:
- Assist the Store Owner in overseeing daily store operations
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Recruit, train, and supervise new employees
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure all staff members are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on the needs of the store
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with company standards for visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist in payroll processing and scheduling
Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or sales management
- Strong knowledge of store operations, including inventory management, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in POS Systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to effectively manage a team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with customers and employees
- Proficient in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees
- Knowledge of payroll processing procedures
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$37,000.00- $42,000.
