About the Role Rocky Mountain High is seeking experienced, guest-focused Retail Supervisors to support daily store operations, compliance execution, and team leadership across our dispensary locations. Supervisors are actively guest-facing, remain hands-on with sales and POS execution, and serve as frontline leaders ensuring a compliant, high-quality cannabis retail experience. What You'll DoGuest-Facing Leadership & Shift Execution Remain actively present on the sales floor during shifts Support guests directly during peak periods and escalated interactions Direct budtenders to ensure proper coverage, service standards, and compliance Serve as a point of escalation for guest or staff concerns Act as Manager-on-Duty when scheduled (Supervisor II level) Guest Identification, Compliance & POS Execution Verify valid government-issued photo identification for every guest Ensure all customers are 21+ and follow refusal-of-service procedures when necessary Actively complete and oversee point-of-sale (POS) transactions Ensure cannabis products are scanned, weighed, and sold in compliance with Colorado MED regulations Handle cash accurately, verify drawer counts, and investigate variances Ensure discounts, promotions, and loyalty redemptions are applied correctly Operations, Inventory & Compliance Oversight Support opening and closing procedures, including alarms and daily reports Assist with inventory oversight, including: Cycle counts and spot checks Product intake and METRC tag verification FIFO rotation, labeling, and secure storage Discrepancy investigation and documentation Support internal and external audits and SOP enforcement Final inventory accountability remains with Store Management Coaching, Accountability & Team Support Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to budtenders Support training, onboarding, and staff development Deliver corrective coaching and document performance concerns (Supervisor II level) Model professionalism, urgency, and compliant cannabis sales behavior Scheduling & Professional Expectations Maintain flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak promotional periods Adapt to schedule changes based on business needs Remain on-site, engaged, and guest-facing for the full duration of scheduled shifts Communicate clearly and professionally with store leadership Experience & Qualifications Must be 21+ years of age Prior retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred Cannabis retail experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of compliance, customer service, and POS operations Ability to obtain and maintain an active Colorado MED Occupational License Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

$19.50 +
