Team:
Supervise and guide technicians, ensuring they have clear direction, proper training, and the support needed to complete repairs safely and accurately. ➢
Manage Daily Workflow:
Assign jobs, balance workloads, and oversee production to ensure timely, high-quality repairs. ➢
Oversee Quality Control:
Conduct inspections on completed work, confirm proper repair procedures, and uphold The RV Shop's "10 out of 10 or we do it again" standard. ➢
Assist With Technical Diagnostics:
Help troubleshoot complex electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydraulic, or structural issues when needed. ➢
Maintain Safety and Organization:
Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, efficient work environment. ➢
Support Continuous Improvement:
Identify recurring issues, recommend process improvements, and help develop training to elevate technician skill levels. ➢
Collaborate Across Departments:
Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and Management to ensure smooth communication, accurate timelines, and customer satisfaction. ➢ Represent the
