Worxweb Solutions is recruiting an MCA Exit Closer on behalf of a financial services organization in Boca Raton, FL. This role comes with a $10,000 per month guaranteed floor for the right candidate while they build their pipeline, a 10% commission on closed deals, and 50% of the total cycle on deals you open and close end to end. Closers work live transfers and fronted deals in a consultative environment, this is not a pitch-and-close operation, it is a high-value, relationship-driven sale where expertise and energy close the deal. Former stock brokers who have transitioned into the MCA exit space have found this environment to be a strong fit. Key Responsibilities Close MCA exit deals from live transfers and fronts with qualified business owner prospects. Manage your own pipeline from initial contact through full cycle close. Conduct consultative sales conversations, build trust with prospects, and guide them through the MCA exit process. Perform take-overs and support the floor as needed. Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity documentation. Consistently meet and exceed monthly production targets. Requirements Proven experience as a closer in the MCA exit space required. Minimum 3 years of MCA exit or related financial sales closing experience strongly preferred. High energy, driven, and performance-focused mindset required. Consultative sales approach and ability to manage a pipeline independently. Former stock brokers or financial services professionals who have moved into MCA exits are strongly encouraged to apply. Must be able to work in-office in Boca Raton, FL Monday through Friday.Compensation Base salary:
$60,000 per year.Guaranteed floor:
$10,000 per month guaranteed to start, in place while you build your pipeline and establish your book.Commission structure:
10% of commission on every closed deal. 50% of the total cycle on deals you both open and close end to end.OTE:
$120,000 to $400,000 based on production.
