Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Smoke Shop & Lounge Associate, where you'll be the friendly face and expert resource for customers exploring our curated selection of smoking products and enjoying our welcoming lounge environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine retail sales, customer service, and product knowledge in a lively, fast-paced setting. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create a memorable experience for every guest while ensuring smooth store operations. Whether assisting with product selections, managing sales transactions, or maintaining the lounge ambiance, you'll play a vital role in fostering a vibrant community space. Responsibilities And Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older to comply with legal regulations regarding age-restricted products. Must have reliable transportation. Must have a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings and weekends Bilingual is a plus Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and offering tailored product recommendations Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management Conduct product demos to educate customers about different smoking accessories, vaporizers, and related merchandise Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising to ensure an attractive shopping environment Manage retail store operations such as inventory checks, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness standards Promote upselling opportunities by informing customers about new products, specials, or accessories to enhance their experience Support lounge activities by ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting space for guests to relax and socialize Skills Proven experience with POS systems and retail cash register operations Supervising or leadership experience in retail or hospitality environments is highly desirable Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer bases more effectively Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage with customers professionally Strong upselling skills combined with retail math proficiency for accurate transactions and sales tracking Experience with stocking, merchandising, and managing retail inventory including grocery store familiarity is advantageous Knowledge of retail store product lines related to smoking accessories and lounge amenities Familiarity with basic math for cash handling, balancing registers, and retail transactions Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive energy For a more effective and faster hire process please call us at (407)723-2023 or email us at imperialsnv@gmail.com Join us in creating an engaging environment where customers feel valued and inspired!
