Job Description

Project Closer (Field Sales) — Base + Uncapped Commission The easiest sale you'll ever make — the customer already bought. We're one of Florida's fastest-growing home improvement companies — roofs, kitchens, bathrooms, windows, solar. Our sales team is booked solid and we need a specialist closer to finish what they start.
What you actually do:
Our customers have already signed and paid. The work is done or nearly done. Your job is the final mile: meet the customer, walk the project with them, handle last touches, negotiate the details, and lock the final sign-off. No cold calls. No door-knocking strangers to pitch. Every person on your list already chose us — you just get the yes.
Compensation:
$5,000/month base + $1,000-$2,000 commission per closed project. Top performers here earn $15,000-$20,000/month. Uncapped, paid fast, and fully transparent — you see your numbers every day.
Who we want:
1. 2+ years closing face-to-face: home improvement, solar, roofing, auto, or D2D. 2. You're a finisher. Selling doesn't excite you — closing does. 3. You can sit across from any homeowner and leave with a signature. 4. Own car, clean license, hustle. 5. Bilingual English/Spanish = big advantage. If you're a top closer stuck selling leads-generated garbage and you want a real book, a real base, and a real commission check — this is your seat.
Pay:
From $5,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Do you have experience negotiating with customers and closing sales? If yes, briefly describe. 1. Are you comfortable following up with hesitant or unresponsive customers to discuss their concerns and help them move forward?
Experience:
Sales:
2 years (Required)
Language:
