We are growing and opening an exciting new location at The Shops at The Hub on 30A , and we're looking for an exceptional Boutique Manager to help lead the next chapter of our business. This is more than a traditional retail management position. We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of a boutique, build a great team, develop relationships with customers, and grow with the business for years to come. The Opportunity The Boutique Manager will be the key leader in the store and will work closely with the owner to operate and grow the business. You'll be responsible for leading the team, driving sales, maintaining the store's presentation, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and making sure the business operates smoothly when the owner isn't there. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, strong salesperson, and people person who takes initiative and enjoys creating an elevated and memorable retail experience. What You'll Do Manage the daily operation of the boutique Lead, train, schedule, and motivate a small retail team Create an exceptional, personalized customer experience Sell permanent jewelry, fashion jewelry, apparel, and other boutique products Perform permanent jewelry services after training Drive sales and consistently work toward established sales goals Coach team members on customer engagement and sales Open and close the store and ensure operating procedures are followed Manage inventory, merchandising, and restocking Maintain an attractive, organized, and elevated store environment Operate Square POS and oversee daily transactions Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training team members Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally Communicate sales trends, customer feedback, and business opportunities to ownership Help develop promotions, events, and other initiatives designed to grow sales Represent Del Mar on 30A professionally within the local community Take ownership of problems and find solutions without waiting to be asked Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Experienced in retail, hospitality, boutique, or customer-facing management A proven salesperson who enjoys interacting with customers A confident leader who knows how to motivate a team Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Outgoing, personable, and professional Comfortable working independently and making decisions Comfortable using technology and POS systems Interested in fashion, jewelry, and boutique retail Excited by the opportunity to help grow a small business Available to work weekends and during peak 30A tourism periods 2+ years of retail or hospitality management experience is preferred , but we're also interested in exceptional candidates who demonstrate the right combination of leadership, sales ability, personality, and initiative. Compensation:

$26-$30 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips and performance incentives. Tips and incentives can be significant. Benefits and profit-sharing eligibility are subject to applicable company policies and program terms. Schedule This is a full-time, year-round position . Retail hours vary seasonally.
