Key Responsibilities:

Consistently creates a welcoming environment as customers enter or exit the store! Proactively seeks opportunities to deliver great customer experience. Introduces current sales, promotions, and any other initiatives to gain customer loyalty. Completes sales transactions and maintain proper accountability at registers. Processes merchandise returns and exchanges courteously as per company guidelines. Assists in the location, availability, and selection of merchandise. Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and ownership in every interaction. Maintains the visual standards for the selling floor, fitting rooms, and visual displays. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a clean, organized, and fully stocked environment. Lead, support, and coach Associates on sales techniques, customer service and product expertise. Reinforce store policies, procedures, and performance standards. Assist the Store Manager in executing retail strategies that drive sales growth! Assists in daily store recovery, before, during or after store opening hours; opening & closing. Adapts to an environment that changes quickly while managing multiple tasks. Qualifications Bilingual fluency in speaking both Spanish and English Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
