Warehouse & Shop Operations Coordinator

Naples Stoneworks is a growing custom fabrication and installation company specializing in premium marble, granite, quartzite, and quartz countertops for residential and commercial projects throughout Southwest Florida. We are looking for a hardworking, organized, and dependable team member to help manage our warehouse and fabrication shop operations. Position Summary The Warehouse & Shop Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in keeping our shop running efficiently. This person will be responsible for maintaining organization, cleanliness, inventory control, job staging, and quality inspection of finished countertop pieces before installation. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Maintain the warehouse and fabrication shop clean, organized, and safe Stage jobs for next-day installations , ensuring all pieces, accessories, and materials are prepared Perform quality control inspections on finished fabricated countertop pieces before they leave the shop Manage and track inventory of materials, tools, and shop supplies Ensure stock levels are maintained and communicate purchasing needs before supplies run low Coordinate movement of slabs, remnants, and completed jobs within the warehouse Help improve shop workflow and operational efficiency Use computer systems/software to track inventory, schedules, and internal job information Support fabrication and installation departments as needed Qualifications Experience in the marble, granite, quartz, or countertop industry is a strong plus Warehouse, shop, or operations experience preferred Computer knowledge required (email, spreadsheets, software systems, data entry) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift heavy materials and work in an active warehouse/shop environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to identify quality issues and maintain high standards Forklift experience is a plus (training can be provided)

Pay:

$49,288.76 - $59,358.51 per year
