Responsibilities Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and purchasing to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees to build a high-performing team Implement merchandising strategies and pricing policies to maximize sales and profitability Supervise shift schedules, monitor employee performance, and provide ongoing coaching and development Maintain accurate bookkeeping, payroll processing, and operational records in compliance with company policies Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce store policies to ensure a secure environment for staff and customers Experience Proven management experience within the retail industry, preferably with supervisory or assistant manager roles Strong background in retail sales management, including team supervision, inventory management, and operational oversight Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for daily transactions Experience in recruiting, employee orientation, training & development programs Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with grocery store operations or similar retail environments is advantageous Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage managerial responsibilities confidently Join us as a Store Manager and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while driving store success.
