SUMMARY The Keyholder supports the Store Manager by overseeing daily dispensary operations, supervising Budtenders, serving as Manager on Duty when assigned, ensuring compliance, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

COMPENSATION

Hourly Rate:

$18.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience. Eligible for overtime and company benefits where applicable. Regional Pay Differential.

STORE OPERATIONS

o Open and close the dispensary. o Serve as Manager on Duty. o Supervise daily operations. o Complete opening and closing checklists. o Maintain store presentation. o Monitor patient flow and resolve operational issues.

LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT

o Coach Budtenders. o Assist with onboarding. o Reinforce company culture. o Delegate daily assignments. o Monitor productivity. o Recognize performance. o Support employee engagement.

SALES & PATIENT EXPERIENCE

INVENTORY & CASH MANAGEMENT

o Perform inventory counts. o Receive deliveries. o Organize the vault. o Verify cash drawers. o Monitor cash handling. o Report discrepancies. o Support audits.

o Maintain compliance with SOPs and regulations. o Ensure inspection readiness. o Monitor security procedures. o Document incidents. o Support compliance audits.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED required. Two years of retail experience with one year in a leadership role preferred. Regulated retail experience preferred. Previous retail experience in regulated product business, such as cannabis, alcohol, etc is preferred. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; perform opening and closing responsibilities.
