Touchstar Cinemas, a premier dine-in theater, offers an elevated movie experience with in-seat dining, premium wines, and handcrafted cocktails. We're hiring an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to help oversee operations and ensure exceptional service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure excellent guest service and handle concerns professionally Supervise daily operations and maintain proper staffing levels Train and motivate staff to follow company standards Manage concession and supply inventory, placing orders as needed Assist with cash handling, banking, and financial compliance

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills Prior management experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment preferred Able to work 45-50 hours/week, including nights, weekends, and holidays Flexible with 10-12 hour shifts, can stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs. ServSafe certified or able to pass Manager-level test Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (must remain on-site) Must pass a Background Check How to
