You analyse business figures, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement the right actions together with your team. Your responsibilities Within your capacity as Store Manager, operate with an 'owner' mentality Lead, motivate and inspire the team to achieve store success Drive sales through individual targets and KPIs Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent Coach lifestyle selling techniques to connect with guests and drive multiple-category sales and consumer loyalty Embody and promote the brand aesthetic and culture, ensuring a superior guest experience.
