If you know how to build trust, put clients at ease, and make thoughtful recommendations, bring those skills to our boutique. What you'll do Partner with the Boutique Manager to lead daily operations. Drive sales and coach the team toward goals. Build repeat business through clienteling and personalized follow-up. Maintain boutique presentation and support inventory, cash handling, and events. What you'll bring Retail leadership experience; at least one year preferred. Strong sales, clienteling, and coaching skills. Availability for closing shifts, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent. Age 18+ and U.S. work authorization.
