Join our Leadership Team As the Store Manager, you'll lead the team and set the tone for the customer experience. You'll be hands-on from the floor to operations, bringing our four Core Values—Customer Centricity, Teamwork and Support, Intentionality and Excellence, and Kindness and Inclusivity—to life every shift.What You'll Do:
Lead theExperience:
Engage with customers on the floor, celebrating wins, resolving friction, and ensuring an exceptional experience. Build and Develop theTeam:
Hire, onboard, coach, and train Associates. Help them grow confidence, skill, and accountability.Drive Operations:
Manage inventory, review sales data and KPIs, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Represent theBrand:
Maintain professional relationships with mall management and vendors.Support Promotions and Events:
Assist with in-store events and social content, testing ideas and iterating quickly. This is a hands-on leadership role and you'll spend most of your time on the floor helping customers play, coaching Associates, and keeping energy high.Who You Are:

Full Availability Required:
This leadership role requires open availability . You must be willing and able to work a rotating schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends (Fridays-Sundays), and holidays to meet the needs of the business.Physicality:
Ability to move about the store for extended shifts (4-9+ hours), lift/stock up to 40 lbs, and troubleshoot machines.Age Requirement:
18+ years of age.Employment Status:
