Oversee daily operations for Cinnabon Hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards Manage inventory, ordering, and food preparation Handle cash controls, deposits, and basic reporting Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health standards Drive sales and meet performance goals

Qualifications:

Previous management experience in food service or retail preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable, responsible, and customer-focused
