We're looking for an experienced specialty coffee professional and proven manager who will help shape what Lume becomes, lead the team, and build a coffee program people drive across town for. What you'll do: Build and sustain a top-notch coffee program, from dialing in espresso to setting quality standards Work directly with the owners on the vision, menu, and growth of the shop, including creating seasonal menus, signature drinks, and house recipes. You'll have real creative freedom here!
