Position Summary In this 6-day/50-hour work week position, the manager is responsible for the overall operations, staffing, financial performance, and guest experience of the Fun Factory location. This role oversees store staff, ensures consistent execution of company policies and brand standards, and acts as the primary point of accountability between the store team and the District Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee birthday parties, group events, and promotions Monitor arcade games, redemption machines, and equipment; coordinate repairs Manage prize/redemption inventory and ordering Hire, train, schedule, and coach staff Manage budget, labor costs, and cash handling Monitor sales and key performance metrics Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor laws Conduct safety inspections and maintain required documentation Report on store performance to upper management Qualifications Prior experience in retail or entertainment management preferred Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and day-to-day operations Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting for arcade/redemption systems Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Some technical/mechanical skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable working in a loud, high-energy environment

$47,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
