Job Description
Duties:
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVENING SHIFTS
3pm-11pm orOVERNIGHT
11pm- 7am•Oversee the daily operations of the store and ensure smooth workflow•Manage and coordinate the activities of staff members during the shift•Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain inventory•Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner•Provide excellent guest service and address any guest concerns or complaints•Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development to existing staff members•Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years management/leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory, schedules, and paperwork
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating sales figures We are looking for a dedicated individual with previous experience in a supervisory role.
