Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and overall performance Supervise, train, and motivate team members Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns Oversee cash handling, register operations, and shift reconciliation Promote and drive enrollment in the Gas N Wash rewards/loyalty program Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control Enforce company policies and safety procedures Ensures that all necessary store reports and paperwork are completed accurately Assist with opening and closing procedures Handles escalated customer concerns and emergencies in absence of theGeneral Manager Requirements:
Qualifications:
Must be 21+ years old High school diploma or equivalent required 3+ years customer service supervisory experience (retail experience preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Available to work a variety of shifts and/or days of the week consistent with the demands of the retail environment which includes weekends, evenings and other high activity periods including Holidays Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with the ability to travel to varies Gas N Wash locations for training purposes and business purposesPhysical Requirements:
Ability to stand for entire shift Ability to frequently lift between 5 to 20 pounds Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, twisting and overhead reaching Ability to work in intermittent temperature, e.g., outside by the pumps and in the coolerBenefits:
