The ideal candidate will have prior retail experience and demonstrate strong leadership skills to ensure a positive shopping environment. This role involves managing staff, maintaining store standards, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires availability to work specific evening and weekend hours, including Thursdays and Fridays from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Sundays from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Duties Supervise store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Schedule staff shifts Experience Prior retail management experience preferred but not mandatory; relevant supervisory experience will be considered Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as specified Demonstrated reliability and ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
