Skills Proven management experience within the retail industry with a focus on Asian or Eastern European markets. Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management and supervisory skills. Multilingual proficiency; bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication across diverse customer bases. Expertise in negotiation, recruiting, training & development, and employee orientation. Proficiency with POS systems, inventory control tools, bookkeeping software, and operational management platforms. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in merchandising, stock management, and cash handling. Effective communication skills including managerial communication and phone etiquette. Demonstrated ability in sales management, retail math calculations, budgeting, pricing strategies, and operational oversight. Experience supervising retail sales teams with a focus on customer service excellence and sales growth initiatives.
