As a Holiday Store Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting with sales. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with customers. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs. Engage in retail sales activities, including selling products and promoting special offers. Ensure that merchandise is properly stocked on the sales floor. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Communicate effectively with team members and Hub Store Manager to ensure a cohesive work environment. Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with a diverse customer base. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales and leadership. Verbal communication skills are helpful for interacting with customers and team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but can be learned on the job. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are important for success in this role. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed during the seasonal period.
