Sherwin-Williams is seeking driven graduates for our 2026 Management and Sales Training Program in the Chicago metro area. Join a global leader in paints and coatings and gain hands-on experience across sales and store operations. You'll learn product knowledge, inventory and merchandising, territory management, and customer relationship building while working with industrial, commercial, and retail clients. Responsibilities Complete structured training in sales, store operations, and product knowledge across the Chicago metro area Support store managers with inventory, merchandising, and daily operations in a manufacturing-focused paint and coatings business Develop relationships with commercial, industrial, and retail customers to understand needs and recommend solutions Learn to manage a sales territory, including prospecting, pipeline management, and sales reporting Analyze sales and operational data to identify growth opportunities and improve store performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotions and deliver excellent customer service Apply safety, integrity, and customer-first practices in all activities Prepare for future leadership roles by taking on progressive responsibilities and leading small projects Required Skills Sales fundamentals Customer relationship management Territory management Retail or store operations Inventory management Merchandising Data analysis and reporting Presentation and communication Microsoft Excel and Power Point Time management and organization
