We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Manager to join our team at Head West. As a manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during your assigned shifts. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during your assigned shift.
• Lead and manage a team of sandwich artists providing guidance, support, and clear direction.
• Ensure all team members adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new employees, ensuring they are well-versed in our menu, procedures, and customer service expectations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders for supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and productivity.
• Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and cash handling procedures are followed.
• Uphold Head West's brand image and values by delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
• Take initiative to identify and address operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Assist in organizing and executing special promotions, events, and catering orders as required.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in handling cash transactions and basic financial responsibilities.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
