Looking to staff as early as 7:00am and as late as 10:30pm Monday through Saturday. Role Overview The Shift Leader is responsible for leading the store during their assigned shift, supporting the team, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring the store is safe, clean, efficient, and prepared for the next shift. Shift Leaders are expected to lead by example, communicate clearly, address issues as they arise, and ensure all employees follow company and store policies and procedures. Shift Leader Accountability Shift Leaders are expected to take ownership of their assigned shifts and ensure that operational standards are maintained from the beginning of the shift through completion. The Shift Leader is responsible for identifying problems, taking appropriate corrective action, communicating issues to the appropriate leadership team, and leaving the store prepared for the next shift.

SHIFT LEAD REQUIREMENTS

18 years of age or older High school diploma/GED Previous leadership experience (1 or more years) Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays Notable communication skills An eye for detail and accuracy Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic A team player Professional appearance and attitude Technology literacy Proactive organizational skills Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Problem-solver Situational awareness Ability to be on your feet for entirety of shift Lift a maximum of 50 lbs Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
