Requirements 5+ years of retail management experience preferred Valid driver's license Full-time availability: 45 hours/week (more during peak season), including every Friday and Saturday and some Sundays; blackout/holiday periods require additional hours Cash-handling experience (deposits, safe management, till counting) Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills Responsibilities Lead, recruit, train, retain, and manage the store team Oversee merchandising, ordering, inventory, and stocking Maintain an organized, clean stockroom/warehouse and sales floor Handle cash: bank deposits, safe management, and till counting Drive sales performance and store condition standards Communicate with HQ and submit daily closing videos via Basecamp Rewards / What we offer $50,000-$53,000 per year Monthly bonus program (after the 60-day introductory period) Medical, dental, vision, and FSA — eligible to enroll after 60 days Paid Time Off (PTO) — accrues after start, prorated by hire date Full-time, consistent schedule Growth opportunities with a fast-growing brand #IND1
