Full Job Description Role Overview:
Responsible for managing store operations, staff, and processes to ensure smooth daily activities, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain qualified employees; oversee staffing and conduct performance reviews. Manage store opening and closing, ensuring proper staffing and operational efficiency. Analyze financial and operational data to identify business trends and control expenses. Order and manage inventory to meet or exceed stock targets; oversee merchandise presentation and signage. Maintain accurate inventory levels, prevent shrinkage, and ensure proper cash handling and security measures. Lead customer service initiatives, ensure a clean and safe environment, and promote a positive shopping experience. Ensure compliance with policies, complete required documentation, and foster team collaboration.Qualifications & Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and safety procedures. Ability to interpret documents and perform mathematical calculations. Experience in retail management preferred; high school diploma or equivalent recommended.
