Floor Supervisor Job Summary The Floor Supervisor manages Service Technicians and maintains technical and performance efficiency within the service shop, ensuring repairs are completed correctly, on schedule, and to a high quality standard. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operation of the service shop Monitor performance and work to improve employee efficiency Troubleshoot and diagnose service repairs Enforce company policy within the service department, including disciplinary actions Interview and evaluate potential employees Education & Certifications High school diploma or equivalent required RVIA certification HVAC certification Skills & Knowledge Advanced knowledge of repair procedures Ability to perform repairs Strong leadership and supervisory skills Experience 5+ years of technical/troubleshooting experience 5+ years of foreman or supervisory experience Supervisory Responsibility This position has formal supervisory responsibility over Service Team Members, including overseeing, monitoring, and assisting with diagnostic work.
