This person will help coordinate employees, equipment, materials, and production to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily shop and yard activities. Assign tasks and provide direction to shop and field employees. Oversee the preparation, loading, and organization of materials and equipment for job sites. Maintain an organized and safe shop and work area. Monitor inventory of materials, tools, and supplies and communicate when items need to be reordered. Inspect equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition. Coordinate equipment maintenance and report needed repairs. Help prepare trucks, trailers, and equipment for daily field operations. Ensure employees follow company safety policies and proper procedures. Track productivity and help keep projects on schedule. Communicate with management regarding staffing, equipment, materials, and job-site needs. Assist with training new employees and ensuring they understand job expectations. Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and help keep operations moving when unexpected problems arise. Perform hands-on work when needed to support the team. Qualifications Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred. Experience in construction, erosion control, landscaping, excavation, or a related industry preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, responsible, and able to hold employees accountable. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials and equipment. Valid driver's license preferred. Equipment operation experience is a plus. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can keep a busy shop organized while making sure employees, equipment, and materials are ready for the day's work. They should be comfortable making decisions, solving problems, communicating with field crews, and keeping the team focused on safety, quality, and productivity. Schedule Full-Time | Monday-Friday Schedule may vary depending on workload and project needs. Pay Competitive pay based on experience.

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
