This person will help coordinate employees, equipment, materials, and production to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily shop and yard activities. Assign tasks and provide direction to shop and field employees. Oversee the preparation, loading, and organization of materials and equipment for job sites. Maintain an organized and safe shop and work area. Monitor inventory of materials, tools, and supplies and communicate when items need to be reordered. Inspect equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition. Coordinate equipment maintenance and report needed repairs. Help prepare trucks, trailers, and equipment for daily field operations. Ensure employees follow company safety policies and proper procedures. Track productivity and help keep projects on schedule. Communicate with management regarding staffing, equipment, materials, and job-site needs. Assist with training new employees and ensuring they understand job expectations.
