Job Description:
CNC MACHINING SHIFT MANAGER
We're looking for a hands-on leader to manage our CNC machining operations. As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee a skilled team, ensure smooth production, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, leading people, and keeping operations running at peak efficiency. What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of CNC machinists and operators on your shift. Monitor production schedules, quality, and safety standards. Troubleshoot issues and keep machines running smoothly. Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to reduce downtime. Track performance metrics and recommend process improvements. Train new team members and support skill development. What We're Looking For Experience supervising or leading in a CNC machining or manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of CNC operations, tooling, and machining processes. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to motivate and build strong teams. Strong organizational and communication skills.
