Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Effectively manage, mentor, and develop a passionate team of front-of-house (FOH) employees.Talent Development:
Assist with the hiring process and execute comprehensive training for new team members.Health & Safety Compliance:
Interpret, implement, and uphold all Kentucky State Health and Safety Codes within the department.Inventory Control:
Monitor, order, and organize front-of-house supplies on a by-need basis to ensure seamless operations.Operational Excellence:
Show initiative to optimize company results by actively identifying and executing ways to improve daily workflows.Guest Relations:
Interact with customers in a charismatic, welcoming manner, fostering memorable and quality experiences.Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with the kitchenware and gourmet kitchen teams to perform collective store tasks.Skills & Qualifications Experience:
Proven experience in people management and relevant supervisory roles within the food service, deli, or hospitality industry.Education:
High school diploma or GED required.Leadership:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.Organization:
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with an eye for detail.Problem-Solving:
Creative and innovative thinker who can adapt quickly to changing store needs and shifting circumstances.Job Type & Schedule Job Type:
