You'll set the standard for your team, keep operations running smoothly, and make sure customers receive the level of service they expect.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead, coach, train, and motivate store employees Build a strong, accountable, and customer-focused team Drive sales and work toward monthly store performance goals Create employee schedules and manage staffing needs Hire, onboard, train, and develop employees Monitor employee performance and provide coaching when needed Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally resolve customer concerns Oversee inventory, receiving, stocking, and merchandising Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional store Manage opening and closing procedures Oversee cash handling and daily operational paperwork Help control inventory loss, damage, and shrink Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards Communicate store performance, staffing needs, inventory concerns, and opportunities toownership and/or upper management Jump in and work alongside the team whenever needed What We're Looking For Previous management experience is required. We're looking for someone who doesn't just "manage" a store—we want a leader who takes ownership, solves problems, holds people accountable, and isn't afraid to get involved in the day-to-day work.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous management experience —required Retail management experience — strongly preferred Strong leadership and people-management skills A proven ability to motivate employees and drive results Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Dependability and a strong work ethic The ability to work independently and make good decisions The ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced retail environment Availability seven days a week, including weekends and holidays as business needs require Availability to work approximately 40-50 hours per week Ability to briefly lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, stock merchandise, and perform the physical duties of a retail environment Forklift experience is a plus Are You Ready to Lead?
