Our Concord, MA location serves adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, and we are currently seeking a full-time Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily kitchen and dining services operations while helping ensure clients receive nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Pay:

$22-$25 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support kitchen and dining services staff Oversee daily kitchen operations and help ensure meals are prepared and served according to established schedules and dietary requirements Assist with scheduling, training, and day-to-day coordination of dining services staff Prepare, cook, and serve meals as needed Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient kitchen and dining environment Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements Monitor food and equipment temperatures and ensure required documentation is completed Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, rotating, and properly storing food and supplies Address operational needs and support the team in maintaining a positive and efficient dining experience Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service, kitchen operations, or dining services required Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred ServSafe Certification preferred; training may be available Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively while providing direction and support to staff Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a high-quality dining experience Why Join Us?
