Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Assistant Club Manager — Exclusive Private Golf Club Ardú Talent is proud to partner with an exclusive, historic country club located on Boston's North Shore in the search for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Club Manager. Recognized as one of the nation's premier golf clubs, the organization is seeking an emerging hospitality leader who is eager to learn, grow, and help deliver an exceptional experience for members and their guests. Working closely with the club's senior leadership team, the Assistant Club Manager will support daily clubhouse operations, food and beverage service, member events, tournaments, banquets, and private functions. This individual will help coordinate multiple departments, supervise and develop staff, respond to member needs, and ensure that every aspect of the club experience reflects its high standards of service and hospitality. The successful candidate will be highly visible throughout the club and comfortable balancing numerous priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include supporting service operations, assisting with staff scheduling and training, coordinating events, resolving member requests, and stepping in wherever needed to ensure smooth and consistent execution. The ideal candidate is personable, polished, energetic, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. They should be able to anticipate needs, build strong relationships with members and employees, remain composed under pressure, and lead by example. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and club events is required. Previous country club experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with supervisory or management experience in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, resorts, event venues, or other service-focused hospitality environments are encouraged to apply. Most importantly, the club is looking for someone with strong potential, a hands-on attitude, and a sincere desire to build a long-term career in private club management.
