As we continue expanding across the United States, we are building a strong leadership bench to support new store openings and future growth opportunities. We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our newest location opening at Arsenal Yards in Watertown, Massachusetts . This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a store launch from the ground up while developing the skills and experience needed to advance into Store Manager and multi-unit leadership opportunities.

ASM Leadership Training Newly hired Assistant Store Managers will begin their onboarding and leadership development journey at our Harvard Square store.

Training Location:

Harvard Square 1 Brattle Sq, Cambridge, MA 02138 During this time, ASMs will: Learn 2ND STREET operational standards and leadership expectations Develop buying and merchandising skills Gain experience in inventory management and customer service Complete leadership and management training Partner with experienced store leaders to prepare for the new store launch Phase 1: Store Setup & Launch Preparation (September

• October) ASMs will transition to the new Arsenal Yards location in Watertown and become part of the store opening team.

During Phase 1, ASMs will: Assist with new store setup and operational readiness Support inventory receiving and merchandising execution Participate in team hiring, onboarding, and training Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards Prepare operational processes and systems for opening Build the foundation for a successful store launch Phase 2: Grand Opening & Business Launch (October) As the store approaches opening, ASMs will shift their focus to pre-opening business operations and launch execution. During Phase 2, ASMs will: Lead pre-opening buying activities and inventory assortment development Execute final merchandising and floor set strategies Support grand opening planning and execution Drive customer engagement and team readiness Help launch the Arsenal Yards store and establish strong opening performance This is a unique opportunity to participate in every stage of a new store opening while building the skills and experience needed for future Store Manager opportunities.
