Duties Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees to build a motivated and skilled retail team Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising plans to maximize revenue Manage payroll, budgeting, and financial records with accuracy using bookkeeping and POS systems Oversee inventory management, purchasing, stock replenishment, and shrink reduction efforts Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures Provide ongoing training & development to staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence Skills Proven management experience within the retail industry with strong supervisory skills Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Strong negotiation skills for vendor relations and conflict resolution Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, POS systems, cash handling, and merchandising Ability to lead teams effectively with managerial communication and organizational skills Experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and training & development Proficiency in retail math including pricing strategies, budgeting, sales analysis, and basic math skills Knowledge of wireless sales or grocery store operations is advantageous Skilled in operational management including shift management, store operations planning, and customer service excellence Multitasking ability with time management skills to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership fuels our success!
