JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION PURPOSE Delivers, receives, unloads, unpacks, inspects, stages, and organizes merchandise or materials. Operate motor vehicles, power industrial trucks, and manual lifting devices to move merchandise, tools, and materials as needed. Perform various manual labor in support of construction projects, budling maintenance, and landscaping. In addition to the above listed warehouse task, the Warehouse Lead works under limited supervision while providing work direction to warehouse associates or temporary labor. The Warehouse Lead may take on additional administrative responsibilities such as ordering, auditing, printing, and computer/mobile application data entry as directed by Supervisor.
Position Responsibilities:
Load and unload shipments of products and/or materials; record receipts and inventory data into a computer system or mobile application. Stage, carry, and manipulate materials for pick-up or shipping. Move materials on and off shelves for storage and job preparation. Maintain service parts area; log all incoming and outgoing parts. Communicate material usage and needs with Supervisor. Coordinates the receiving of products/materials and may place orders at times under the guidance of Supervisor. Reviews installation schedules to ensure materials and products are on-site before day of installation. Ensures all jobs are staged for completion the day before and communicates any issues to Supervisor. Plans workflow, logistics, inventory, and schedules work activity utilizing applicable software (MS Office, etc.), hardware, and devices. Train other warehouse associates on processes and procedures. Keep warehouse areas clean and organized; including but not limited to sweeping, snow shoveling, picking up debris, and maintaining a safe work environment. Responsible for general building maintenance and upkeep assigned by Supervisor. Deliver materials, tools, or products to job sites or assigned locations utilizing company vehicles. May also use power industrial trucks (forklifts, etc.) and manual lifting devices as needed. May assist other departments as needed with physical labor on or off jobsites. Understand and meet safety requirements for equipment, vehicles, power trucks, tools, and general safety oversight of team members (report concerns to Supervisor). Complete all required safety training in a timely manner. Leads safety huddles and toolbox talks (or equivalent). Ensure proper lifting techniques are used by the team. Informal direction to warehouse associates and temporary labor Work Schedule Hours may vary and are dictated by business need or direction of Warehouse Supervisor I, II, or Manager. General expectations of hours for this position are 6:00am to 3:00pm Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays and OT as needed by the business while paid in accordance with applicable law. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to obtain any necessary licensure or certifications, as applicable 2+ years of warehouse, construction, or customer service experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years inventory or warehouse management system experience 1+ years of MS Office experience 1+ years of people management experience Ability to be organized, detail oriented, and work with a sense of urgency Ability to read tape measures and exhibit basic math skills Ability to identify various construction materials Ability to utilize construction tools (hand and power tools) Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders using various means of communication (oral/written)
PAY RANGE
$19.90 - $28.80 CULTURE

PROFIT SHARING
In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
