• being responsible for learning company policies and educating staff on policies and procedures
• knowledge of product details (dosage, effects, etc.), and educate employees on new products
• be responsible for learning and complying with company policies and State laws regarding cannabis products
• use a POS system and customer databases
• train budtenders to assist customers in determining the best products for their needs
• train budtenders to give customers accurate information on products (dosing, effects, methods of use, CBD versus THC, etc.)
• process patient transactions and handle cash/debt transactions
• restock products on the sales floor
• set up product displays
• detailed and accurate opening and closing of registers and store
• have excellent customer service skills
• can multi-task and remain calm under pressure
• manage employees
• audits employee transactions
• maintain a clean and neat work area
• work with Store Manager, Inventory Manager, Human Resources, and the Bazonzoes team to ensure best practices are always used
• self-motivated, dependable, and trustworthy individuals only Because of the unique needs of our very regulated industry, you MUST also: Have a valid Michigan driver's license, be at least 21 years old, have a clean background check (we are required to conduct a background search), have reliable transportation, a working phone, the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, educate yourself and follow Michigan Marijuana Laws, be detailed oriented, computer literate, maintain clean and professional personal hygiene, and be comfortable in a fast paced work environment (stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds of weight).

We prefer that you are also super awesome, can have fun while working hard, use Google Drive, have management, sales, or other experience in the cannabis field, have cash handling experience, and have a high standard of personal ethics.
