Duties Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling Lead and supervise the team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching and motivation Oversee customer service standards by resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive experience Implement operational policies related to safety, and store cleanliness to maintain a secure restaurant environment Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within the restaurant industry with supervisory responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and communicate effectively at all levels Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management, time management, and cash handling Proficiency in POS systems, basic math, and the ability to understand labor costs.
