With a commitment to exceptional customer service, the shop provides short-term collateral loans, fair market value purchases, and merchandise sales. The store features a wide variety of products, including new and pre-owned jewelry, watches, electronics, tools, memorabilia, and more. Role Description This is a full-time, = based in metro Detroit, MI, for a Store Manager at American Jewelry and Loan. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities include implementing best practices for retail loss prevention, ensuring proper handling of inventory, and providing excellent service to customers to uphold the company's commitment to quality. The manager will also play a key role in staff training and development. Qualifications Proven skills in Store Management, including team leadership and inventory control Experience delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Strong Communication skills for team collaboration, conflict resolution, and engaging with customers effectively Familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage and protect company assets Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing store operations Prior experience in retail or pawn shop operations is a plus
