Responsibilities will include:

Completing all Ford Parts Claims; Posting all Parts Shippers and schedule shipments; Supervise the parts department team to ensure smooth daily operations; Assisting with inventory management; Oversee inventory control processes using the CRM system; Fill in at the customer/technician facing Parts Counters as necessary to cover for lunches / vacations; Looking up Parts in the Parts Catalog; Ordering parts if they're not already in stock; and Tracking incoming parts and providing technicians with an estimated time for parts arrival. Compensation will be based on the candidate's previous level of experience.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Dealership parts experience (non-Ford is OK); Strong computer skills; Be good with numbers; Punctual; Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership setting; Have excellent attention to detail.

Monday

• Friday, 8:00am
• 6:00pm with a 1 hour lunch break. Southgate Ford
