Job Summary We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist/Social Worker to provide behavioral health services to adults and families. Responsibilities Conduct assessments, intakes, and clinical evaluations. Provide individual and group therapy. Develop treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with clients, families, healthcare providers, and community resources. Participate in team meetings, supervision, and case consultations. Assist with discharge planning and other clinical duties as needed. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling .

Michigan licensure:

LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, TLLP, or LLP . Minimum 1 year of mental health experience , including qualifying internship/fieldwork. Ability to obtain QMHP credential within 120 days . Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
