Job Description
In this position... You will be responsible for "depth and breadth" on all shifts/crews within a department, delivering all department scorecard objectives, owning processes (e.g., constraint management/VRT), standardization across all workstations within the area, planning change, determining continuous improvement opportunities, and serving as a change agent to drive the Ford Production System.
