Store Manager Trainee

Victory Lane Quick Oil Change is looking for qualified, full-time Managers-In-Training. We provide a quick, convenient, professional setting, where customers can comfortably have their vehicle serviced. We strive to be the best in customer service. Our staff is professionally trained, and our customer's best interests are kept in mind. We do intend to suggest all necessary preventative maintenance services for our customer's vehicle, so our customer's vehicles stay in top running condition and operating safely.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic automotive knowledge 1-2 years retail management experience Ability to train and motivate staff and work with diverse people Effective use of computer, including MS Office Able to collect information/facts, draw valid conclusions, and effectively resolve concerns/conflicts Flexible scheduling & ability to work weekends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional appearance and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen Veterans are encouraged to apply We offer full benefits, 401k with match and employee discount program.
