Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discounts Do you have experience as a produce manager and wish to join the premier fruit & vegetable market in the area? Well Nino Salvaggio in Troy is looking for a Produce Manager, so this could be your opportunity. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Overseeing the produce department staff ensuring they are following all policies and procedures. Stock produce ensure quality and proper safety protocol. Ensure excellent customer service at all times. Assist in unloading trucks, making bales, compacting trash, etc. Ensure cleaniless and great presentation of the porch, vestibule and produce department. Cross merchandise when possible Train, develop, assist, etc. all produce department staff Schedule employees be company needs ensuring a balance of new and seasoned employees on each shift. Inventory and order produce products This position will report to the Produce Buyer, Assistant General Manager and/or General Manager. Must have reliable transportation. Must have previous produce management and customer service experience. Must be available mornings, nights and weekends.
