Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and store presentation. Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals. Drive sales growth and meet established revenue and KPI targets. Manage scheduling, payroll, labor costs, and operating expenses to support profitability. Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
