Job DescriptionStarting wage is $15-20/hr depending on experience We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our 3551 Lexington Ave N location in Arden Hills, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store's daily operations, leading a team of associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales targetsLead, motivate, and develop a team of associates to deliver outstanding customer serviceManage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate recordsResolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely mannerImplement and maintain visual merchandising standardsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsAssist in hiring, training, and scheduling of store personnelAnalyze sales data and make recommendations for improving store performanceHandle cash management and banking proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe store environmentQualificationsProven experience in retail management or customer service leadership rolesStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsProficient in problem-solving and decision-makingStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesEfficient time management and organizational skillsProficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and POS systemsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferredKnowledge of retail operations, customer service best practices, and inventory managementAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
