What Youll DoLead store operations to achieve revenue and profitability goalsMaintain store security and ensure accurate inventory, cash handling, and vehicle maintenanceCoach, mentor, and schedule team members for successRecruit, interview, and hire great people to join your teamConduct performance reviews and support employee developmentPartner with HR to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal regulationsRepresent Auto Value with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasmParticipate in ongoing training to stay current with our products, programs, and customersWhat You BringStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and handle challenges with confidenceA professional, customer-focused attitudeBasic to intermediate computer skillsPrevious experience in the automotive parts industry is a plus (training provided!)High School Diploma or GED required; some college or management experience preferredValid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
